Problem

We have identified various issues with the website that should be addressed. This issue is to track and consolidate the changes / commits to address the identified problems.

Background Info

Will be referring to GitHub's CodeQL, security alerts, and VS code intellisense.

Proposed Solution

Resolve the issues to reduce amount of warnings and errors present.
