Make the schema available as both a JSON and a flat format. Given the JSON Schema, ability to create a give a more precise and non-redundant representation, start with the JSON Schema, and when we are satisfied with that, create a flat file representation of that. - Mikael

Next Steps:

Find a collaborative tool we can design the schema as a JSON schema, and then convert our current “Main Schema” into this.
Define both what the "GET /notice/ call and GET/procurement/ type APIs should look like for each object
