when viewing in non-English languages, translations 'flicker' English #34

Seen on chrome

  1. Set translation to Russian
  2. Zoom into map to view individual sites
  3. Click map icon in details panel -- will flicker "Map" and back to Russian translation on click

new content is added to the dom which needs to be translated... in this case the list is regenerated so it must be retranslated
