Add a column for Permit ID Sort by date (descending) New Type for pre-2009 files (if feasible / appropriate)

Updated requirements:

I had a discussion with yesterday regarding Item 2 below. This is what she would like done. Instead of the Type field being used, she would like Permit No used. She would also like to know if it’s necessary to show the ID field. Just displaying the Date, Permit No, and # pages would be sufficient. The ID field is confusing because no one knows what it is. has modified the SQL code to create a view table with the necessary information. The code is in the attached file. Please note: the Permit No for any doc originating from the *** app will simply say Archive.
