You can't click City Hall in Deeds or Zoning Topics #166

When you click where there is no DOR Parcel (in Deeds or Zoning) you get no info about anything. Also, if you click a parcel like that in a PWD parcel Topic, you get info, but when you switch to zoning, you get no info for zoning even though the map is showing the zone
