fontawesome 5 is messing up leaflet.vector-marker #187

I actually think we did not need to be sourcing Leaflet.vector-markers any more, because I hadn't realized that Robert had already forked it (https://github.com/CityOfPhiladelphia/leaflet-vector-icon) and we were sourcing both the original and the fork, and only using the fork

I worked with that fork until I was able to get it to use any font awesome icon. I'll get those changes into mapboard tomorrow
