link to real estate tax adds the brt number parameter wrong #234

it should send you over there like this:

https://www.phila.gov/revenue/realestatetax/#/943%20SIGEL%20ST/property

it does (incorrectly) send you over there like this:

https://www.phila.gov/revenue/realestatetax/?txtBRTNo=012367400

which just ends up giving you the homepage
