Tests added to Compiler and Neo Debugger Core projects;
MacOS support added to Compiler and Neo Debugger Core projects (compile .cs file);
Initial cross-platform UI project using Avalonia
- Menu Item - Open (Load AVM and list files)
- Load file into the text editor
- Reset blockchain
- Main window structure (@melanke)
- Generic Alert View (@melanke)
- Log window (@melanke)
- Invocation window (manual invocation using text fields) (@melanke)
Added Neo.SmartContract.Framework and ConvertTask projects
"Wireframes" added (screenshots from Windows Forms version)

Tested in both Windows and MacOS
