Neo-scan gitlab image pulling is giving Travis errors #122

Summary

Travis is having problems pulling gitlab neo-scan images

To Reproduce

Errors like the links above when Travis is testing/building https://travis-ci.org/CityOfZion/neo-local/builds/459142996 and https://travis-ci.org/CityOfZion/neo-local/builds/459165307

Expected Behaviour

Travis should run correctly and give 0 return code

Sometimes it had the following error ERROR: unknown blob

This seems random

It seems i was problems from their side and all is corrected now
