Content not displaying above the fold #1

The spacing and padding is off in the live version so the "last 5 blocks" section is partially below the fold. Full screen on a 15 inch MacBook: http://prntscr.com/pkr7g6

If we align the site with the design at 100% we can see that various elements and padding is too tall: http://prntscr.com/pkr8lb

Its pretty close as far as I can tell but if there are specifics that still need to be addressed please comment below:
