Tweak blurry half cards v2

Re-opening this one you had to revert cause of the scrollbar issue: https://github.com/CityOfZion/neo3-preview/pull/70

Added the same thing + removed the x container scrollbar which I believe was the last remaining issue.

@vincentgeneste I am seeing an issue that wasn't present on the previous PR seems like the only time the blurry cards appear is on a large desktop resolution. In production I can see them on my macbook pro 1440px but on your branch I cannot:

should be fixed now, and appear on lower res too :)
