Cox batteries #234

Two of the cox box batteries do not charge. I gave one to Benedict last week to look over. The issue is the battery itself and not the charger.

I think that these batteries may be less than two years old so they could be sent back to OarSport

That was for @NSinclair94 's benefit. I do have one, I'll check if it has a serial number.
