foot plate removed and left under boat (rack)

Have done a bodge job and bolted a support onto it. This will stop the rot (or transfer it to the heel).

Make sure if you move the feet that the contacts lock into the track properly. The middle bolt doesn't have a plastic contact on it so it's just wearing down the track anyway.

This doesn't look like the right footplate for the boat ultimately.

Needs replacing with new.
