Scanner json entry point #29

Create a dedicated entry point in the scanner (the same as urbam.json) https://github.com/CityScope/CS_CityScoPy/blob/master/settings/cityscope_hanoi.json

Just committed here https://github.com/CityScope/CS_CityScoPy/blob/master/settings/cityscope_hanoi.json

So you will need to copy this file in the local scanner folder to replace cityscopy.json by this one

Just to clarify using internet is not just for fun it gives this feature https://cityscope.media.mit.edu/CS_CityIO/

Tracking in real time which cityscope table is updating (so if there are good internet in the exhobition we should use it)
