Give the possibility to flip or not the scan image #14

In some configuration the user is using a miror in this specific case the image is flipped. One nice feature to have would be to be able to press a button to flip or not the image that is analysed.

@agrignard We update this flip mode. If you press "f" you can turn on or off the flip mode.
