Problem with batch experiment #181

Step yo reproduce

I am trying to run batch experiment to calibrate and validate the model.

I have an issue running the batch mode

Try to run in Proxymix_Scenario the experiment called Headless, and then run it it will throw an error saying that the chair layer is need. However if you run the same experiment in GUI (run the exp call GUItest) then the model run.

@ptaillandier any idea?

There is still some wierd behavior.

So the concept is to run the expe FullBenchMarkHeadless N times this experiment is runnign 8 simulations Reference, Mask, Social Distance, Ventilation, Mask+Social Distance, Mask + ventilation, Social Distance + ventialtion and all.

And then I'd like to save in a file the value of the viral oad for each expe N times (25 times according to the stochasticity analysis)

However I have some weird behavior after the firt repeat where the scenario is always the mask... as if it 's not taken into account

Closing this issue for now as it might have been resolved in 1.8.2. If not please feel free to reopen this issue
