Get the code from COMOKIT to integrate a more realistic COVID model

@ptaillandier I think the easiest way would to create a comokitViralPeople species that will be then mirrored in CityScope_Coronaize.gaml

@ptaillandier technically the integration is done, after I am not sure about the validity of the parameters. What do you think?

It is working... but, the infection probability seems very low. I have to check these values with Damien Philippon (who is the designer of the epidemiological sub-model of COMOKIT).

@ptaillandier thank you for the great work for the integration of COMOKIT that has been done so far. I think we have a good first step proof of concept of anyone is interesting in pushing this forward. As right now we have decide not to use this tool as a prediction tool but as an educational one and regarding the time constrain and the small amount of people working on this project we have decided not to go further in the Comokit integration. So I close this issue right now and hope to reopen it soon !
