Disconnected from the server #14

I am trying to use the online tool (http://144.214.26.67:3831/DeepCC_online/) to calculate the functional spectra of a (567, 10000) gene expression matrix (ENSEMBL), which I am loading from a .csv file. While this worked well for me when I first tried it on Wednesday last week (21/07/2021), now I get the following error:

This happens now when I try to calculate the functional spectra, after successfully uploading the data. The only thing difference from when I tried it last week is the size of the matrix, which is much smaller now (it initially had 54k genes and it worked fine).

It seems to be working now again, I guess this was a temporary problem. I am closing the issue.
