Run Time Question #8

Just quickly wanted to inquire about how long it should be expected to take for getFunctionalSpectra() command? Are there minimum computational requirements to run (memory/cpu?). I noticed my memory pressure being quite high and maxing out my 32GB machine, so just wondering if i will need to move this to a bigger machine. I'm working with approximately 1300 samples of TCGA data.

I ended up reducing the number of cores given to the function and it finished in 2 to 3 hours, so all set!
