Introduce utopian.io to CityZen #4

Utopian (utopian.io) is a service that allows all contributors to receive rewards for contributing in an open source project (doesn't have to be code, it can be translation, design, writing, etc). The reward amount is decided by the community itself. It would be great to include utopian to CityZen, as it can increase the community.

@Borisbudini tried to sign in with Steemit, but I don't receive a verification SMS :(. Any idea how to overcome this?

I don't really know, can you please retry? Maybe it takes a little longer than expected

I just found a way of getting a US based mobile number. Looking forward on having a confirmation for the account.
