Promo business cards #5

Would be great to have some business cards that include:

logo;
url of the website;
email (ping at cityzenapp dot co);
github profile;
patreon campaign;
bitcoin donations (QR code?).

These cards can be easily used in:

community meetups;
events like Fosdem, OSCAL, CCC etc.

Once finalized please save the design in the dedicated repo for design.

Would be great to have those before the end of January 2018.
