GIS data portal #6

New portal for City of Portland GIS data: http://gis.pdx.opendata.arcgis.com/

Work in progress, would love to get feedback. Goal is to eventually connect this and CivicApps. The esri open data site pulls directly from the City's central GIS data "hub", thus making it a lot easier for us to open up datasets in the future. Already quite a few hosted here that are not available in CivicApps.

Thanks to the City's PortlandMaps team for making this happen!
