MDS git moved to Open Mobility Foundation. #94

The references to schemas at https://github.com/CityofSantaMonica/mds-provider/blob/6ffa334508d2993fd427e98073ac466a89bbdcda/mds/github.py#L11 need to be updated to point to the new locations for schema references. Eg. the new location for trips schema is https://raw.githubusercontent.com/openmobilityfoundation/mobility-data-specification/dev/provider/dockless/trips.json

This work is currently in-progress for the MDS 0.4.x updates. See our tracking Issue #79 and corresponding tracking PR #87.

This change specifically was merged as part of #86.
