Hotfix v1.13 #1272

Issue Addressed

Addresses issues found in integration testing for Hotfix v1.13. Also makes some layout changes to the project-view page.

fixed:

[x] firefox z-axis issue
[x] margins on empty collisions sidebar
[x] awkward location dropdown widths
[x] jumping admin-panel column
[x] responsive project view

did not fix:

[ ] Truncated 'day options' input, in study-request
[ ] un-reproducable MS Edge scrolling-state
[ ] change spinning "+" icon in study edit mode

Description

adds a permanent column to admin-panel, for the expiry stuff
makes StudyRequest leave confirm btn primary
wiggles z-indexes of map controls
Project page:
- moves scrollbars up to include header
- set details/email display as flex row, (and not veutify grid)
- add icon to cancel request btn
- hide x-overflow in header
- make header buttons smaller
- set a media-query for table header
- add rounded-corners on the map

Things to test:

z-indexes of map controls
study project page layout changes

tested them myself, on Firefox/Chrome. cheers
