• [x] animation I found a respectable source for this, but it doesn't seem as though it will work with Dash's callback functionality.
• [x] tooltips Fully fixed. It was related to use of function to define graphs; documentation states that redefining out-of-scope variables in callback function may affect view for other viewers. The graphs are now defined by a dictionary outside of the function.

• [x] draw % change from before/after at the top of the graph
