ATR - Observation 3 - Different arterycode referring to the same segment, different volumes

Artery Code 25987 (Gardiner EB, E of Parkside - DW0120DEG) and Artery Code 37507 (Gardiner EB, W of Roncesvalles - DWG0126DEG), while covering the same segment of the Gardiner, leverage two different technologies (37507 is a Wavetronics unit) and appear to be at two different locations along the segment. As a result, the volumes appear to be nearly identical during off-peak hours but noticeably different during peak.

This "duplication" may also be observed at other locations where Wavetronics units have been installed.
