Here are some actions that Hao listed from our meeting with transcore:

[ ] Jesse and Hao to review data from working perm stations on MUI. (I'm not actually sure what MUI is)
[ ] Jesse to figure out if they are meaningful or calibration is required. I'll check this with Hao on Monday, might be worth getting some counts here together with SCOOT locations.
[ ] Jesse to arrange for investigation/repairs of failed perm station locations. (ok?)
[ ] Jesse to explore Web SOAP portal to extract data
