TMC vs ATR Comparison #33

Compare volume profiles derived from ATR and TMC counts at same location and similar time periods (i.e. same year and ideally same month).

Purpose of this task is to confirm that TMC counts can be used in lieu of ATR data.

Interesting that the counts from these locations aren't closer together. Worth revisiting at some point in the future.

Closing now since it isn't a priority, but moving to backlog for further investigation when time permits.
