Similar to 1.12 and before.

Maxopoly called its removal an "accidental casualty".

This is useful for associating the reinforcement status with a block location, for example to allow a mod to display the reinforcement type, group name, and other such information directly on the block faces instead of using holograms which aren't very configurable and tend to get in the way when checking a lot of reinforcements in a large structure.
