This is a "feature" of the Vanish thing we're using and mostly unrelated to CivDuties. Leaving it open anyway

I think it's part of finale actually? It happens on my pvp server which is basically only finale and some non-civ plugins.

Ah its that shit custom hit handling again, this is like the 5th issue created by it
