Setting fuel input on factories with middle click does not work. #496

Currently can only be done using macros that simulate middle clicks.

I'm able to set fuel input with middleclick on a local civ instance and on the test server. Is there some error when it's tried on live?

Hah, thanks. Looks like this isn't something that can be fixed. The client no longer sends any information to the server when an item is middle clicked in an inventory while in survival. The set fuel key will have to be changed to something that is detectable.
