Added support for exclusive reinforcement types #163

Allows locking specific reinforcement types to be used only with certain blocks.

Very useful.

Tested a bit on our test rig, about to go live on Devoted main.

not having this merged in makes keeping devoted's fork a pain in the butt. :) I'll be updating this pull soon and merging in, once Max is done making everything awesome.
