Can one of the admins verify this patch? Type 'ok to test' to test.
Could you make it so that effects can be bound to different actions, so ctbing, reinforcing and breaking without ctb could have different particles for each reinforcement?
I can but it can be confusing to use different particles for different actions on the same reinforcement.
I don't know that it's worth the added verbosity to the config; I'm not opposed to it per say, but Citadel's going to go the route of HiddenOre if we're not careful :D

Shadowjay suggested this long time ago. Each type of reinforcement can have a different effect. The effect will be displayed when the reinforcement is created and when it is damaged.
