Spigot Page Out of Date #202

The spigot page [https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/citadel.3224/] points to a link for NameLayer [http://192.99.169.83:8080/job/NameLayer-master/] which is broken.

We dont use the spigot page, why should we bother updating it? Not like it's getting any publicity anyway.
