As groups are created, deleted, merged, and any other operations that affect the name to ID mappings, log what is happening.

[NL] X created group G ID I. [NL] X deleted group G IDs, I1, I2, I3, I4 [NL] X merged group GA into group GB IDs I1, I2, I3, I4
