CiviRules did not trigger on "one of" condition #1

hello, i have noticed that when I select a Field Value Change condition through the "one of" operator for a custom field of a Individual record, it does not trigger any action when the condition is made, but if i change the condition to "equal to" and select the same value, the action is triggered. Would this be a bug ? Thanks.

my system is on civicrm 5.10.0 and WP5.0

Are you referring to this specific wp civirules extension? Or you referring to the general civirules extension? If the latter is the case the issues could be reported at: https://lab.civicrm.org/extensions/civirules/issues
