Webform integration: Provide configurable parameter mapping for Webform components #23

Currently, Webform submissions are being sent with Webform component form keys as parameter names. This should be configurable, so that one can choose per Webform component, whether:

to use a default parameter name (current behavior)
- to provide a custom parameter name
- to not submit the component value at all

49091a0bbd38c9b03bf029fb1f6ceb7d9e8498e7 provides the possibility to configure parameter names per Webform component.

An enhancement might be removing mappings for components, when they are renamed or deleted.
