I added 2.0.x and 2.1.x branches to the GitHub repository so that 8.x-dev could be removed, according to drupal.org's branch naming scheme.

Any objections against removing 8.x-dev as a reference, @kainuk, @jaapjansma?

I just deleted the branch, as this didn't imply deleting any commits.
