Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We need to have a sense of where we want to take this site and what the next steps are. What would make it more useful for CivicActions and our clients.

How do we engage to find out what is missing in the accessibility ecosystem and what would be most valuable to contribute back in a way that supports the digital accessibility ecosystem.

Some goals

Add branding to the website
Do usability work
Flesh out roles & categories & redo playbook/roles into that
add user feedback tool

Maybe we should think about this in terms of OKRs for this project of the practice area? What are the metrics that matter to us?

projects start pointing clients to aCA when talking with clients
