Bug report: Search on the live site is not functioning #488

Describe the bug While searching as a CivicActioner, I expected search results but observed none.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://accessibility.civicactions.com/search
  2. Type in the search input field
  3. See no results.

Expected behavior Searching should produce results instantly.

Additional context It appears that search.json is invalid hence why the search is not returning results.

Discovered this in the Cypress tests run on #487.
