Main takeaways:

Initial navigation is confusing: There's a view and edit button upon login, but also dashboard links in the main nav
Duplicate reports are confusing
There are two dashboards, so views are confusing: Upon logging in you see unassigned. Dashboard page shows all with filter. Should standardize view. Make sort functionality more clear
Individual report is hard to scan: "Jumbled and ugly"
Report ID would be useful
Liked the status history and workflow form
