Due to some limitations in the scripting used to create the fields we have used text fields for what should be date fields, number fields, email fields, address field (probably) and dropdown fields (for prefix/suffix) - this means we are missing almost all the validation requirements listed in https://www.grants.gov/web/grants/forms/postaward-fid.html?formId=532
We should also refer to the updated form designs, which will have some inputs, around e.g. field sets.
