Remove the "Side Effects" subtitle #26

Remove the "Side Effects" heading from blank search and results pages. See updates wires: blank search

and results page with new axis descriptor

I removed the "Side Effects" subtitle. I haven't done the other things.

@rakanowicz Can you post the screen shot of the axis descriptor (or results page) here? I have removed the side effects---would like to complete the issue.

The descriptor is an example- please check those figures but I believe the requirement is for a clear understanding of what the number scale is showing.
