[MEDIUM] Our use of the "?search=aspirin" doesn't work.... #53

Possibly this is simply ignorance. But we need to make it work, or document it, or something.

@RobertLRead - the query param we use is "saved," not "search".

I mean in the API, not the URL to our app.
