OpenACR is a digital native Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR). The initial development is based on Section 508 requirements. The main goal is to be able to compare the accessibility claims of digital products and services. A structured, self-validated, machine-readable documentation will provide for this.

Once updates have been made to this version of openacr do the following:

[x] Create a separate protected branch (ca-main).
[x] In a new branch, add the CA handlebar template based on @maggiewachs changes in https://github.com/CivicActions/openacr-editor/pull/1 and generate an example Drupal HTML output version with that template.
[x] Update licenses and organization information.
[x] Publish the newer version on openacr to @civicactions npm organization.
[x] Add wiki documentation for the npm and also merging changes from main to ca-main.
