Add Color Contrast Tester #2

Would be quite interested to extend this by adding the contrast ratio https://github.com/LeaVerou/contrast-ratio data to allow folks to know if color combinations meet WCAG standards. Might be useful to allow comparisons with 3 colors to support new requirements for link text as per https://contrast-triangle.com/

@mgifford A color contrast tester mode is something that I've had on the radar for this tool. The contrast triangle is a very cool idea to add. I was thinking of adding a mode switcher or tabs in the tester box to switch it to be a contrast tester. Thanks for the suggestions and links! Also if you have an angle on it, I'm always open to pull requests.

There are just so many great open source tools out there to build on when it comes to color contrast. I really like this one too https://github.com/Tanaguru/Contrast-Finder

There's the color palette options too https://github.com/noeldelgado/colour-lovers-palettes

Good options to extend it to support authors.
