We need to change to indicate that this is a Civicactions fork of the 18F repo and is being developed parallel to that. Also need to change the waffle link to the CA waffle board.

Should we also add links to our demo site and design prototype in the readme? Or is that relevant for these purposes?

If we do add, we'd have one public-facing nerve center for our work, which visitors could view and explore as they wish. It'd be helpful to just have one url to link from the Labs page (or from the blog, etc), so that we can say go HERE to see what this Lab is up to.
