Theme Form Elements #18

Form styles are included in the assets folder and are being applied to the theme. Confirm that this is the case for the following elements. Including:

This Task is under this user story #13 Ticket mirrors this ticket https://github.com/18F/web-design-standards-drupal/issues/35 Assign yourself to the 18F ticket once you start working on this, and move that ticket along the 18F waffle board as you progress.

Here's an exposed filter out of the box:

Looks a lot better when in a sidebar, although the sidebar doesn't seem to have been set up:

I can't find an example of Required in the USDS standards. Thoughts?
