Create a Search Component #6

This is non-essential, but ideally the entry page would have a search box to quickly filter for a specific service and/or category of services. This would be particularly useful for the mobile view.

Unless someone (who isn't me) has a lot of free time over the next couple days, I say we table this for now. We can mention it as a possible future enhancement.
