Create examples of all configs and document each option. #157

It's so hard now to track changes in the configs. We need actual document where each config (.ambry.yaml, .ambry_accounts.yaml) and each option is described in details.

Very true, sorry about that.

Now that the system is working and I'm using it to process data for customers, I'll be working on the documentation, so the configs will be documented there.

We should also have commented examples in /Users/eric/proj/virt/ambry-develop/ambry/test/bundlefiles
